How to reactivate my Face ID?

I own an iPhone X. Recently my phone got a few drops of water from earpiece speaker in it. That water drops damage the sensor which is on and off the phone display. Please tell me how I fix both my problems, the sensor one and the face id

you need to go into settinmgs

so what you need to do is you need to scroll down until you see Face Id and Pascode then you go in there in settings
