The pictures are gray.

@mgtbmomn it's a bit confusing when you say the pictures are grey. Does that mean you do have video but it is grey images or are you saying that your whole screen is grey. If it is the first one, then it could be an issue with the T-con circuitry. It will depend on if your TV has a T-con board or if it only has a main board. We must know the exact model for your TV.

If your complete screen is grey, that means you have backlight but no signal. Bad mainboard or bad panel are the options on that. Again we need to know the complete model number for our TV. It will even be better if you can post some images of all of your boards. That way we can try and see if there are any obvious defects,
