Does the screen from a MacBook Pro 13" Retina A1502 2014 fit on 2015?

I have a MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015 and I want to know if MacBook Pro 13" Retina Mid 2014 screen will fit on my MacBook

Are they compatible? Thanks

The 2015 uses a different display. I don't think the 2014 will be compatible with a 2015. Here's an image explaining compatibilities for 13-inch Retina MBPs:
