@khalid17156 try this first. Start off with the easy things. Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from your computer. Disconnect all external devices from the computer. Remove the battery Now hold the power button depressed for about 30 sec-1 min. Reapply the AC power adapter and see if your computer does show any sign of life.
First you want to check your power supply. Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check to make sure that connectors are not bend etc. Check the DC-in jack of your laptop. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out. If none of this works, get an ammeter and see if your laptop draws any amperage from the charger. After that, you need to check and see if your motherboard even gets power. For that of course, you need to open it up. Post Some good pictures of what you see. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
Of course, it is also possible that this is a bad RAM module or a bad LCD. So remove the RAM, clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. Do it gentle so as to not destroy the module. Replace it and restart. If you have more than one module, remove it and just leave one connected.
@khalid17156 did you check the voltages? That way you can get a pretty good idea of where the problem could originate from. Opening it up without measuring the voltages, does not help you much :-) measure the voltage of the charger, then check your DC in board and see if you have the same voltage on the board side. Trace that voltage to your motherboard to determine where it no longer shows. To work on your laptop use the Hardware Maintenance Manual
Of course, there is always a chance that this is related to a bad circuit or a failed fuse on the motherboard. For that we really would need to know what motherboard your computer has. We could then check the schematics (if available) and try to assist you with figuring this all out.
Hi @khalid17156
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging if you just connect the charger to the laptop but don't try turning the laptop on?

@jayeff when its plugged in it won’t indicate that it’s charging, I have tried using another charger but it’s the same so don’t think the problem is with the charger
