Why is my touchscreen not working after motherboard change

My touchscreen isn’t working and it says at the device manager that 12C HID Device not working or fixed well after I got my motherboard changed due to a black screen anytime I turn my system on before..

Now is it motherboard compatibility issue or what, I need the touchscreen fixed

@sekaniay compatibility should be easily established. All you need to do, is to let us know what exact model number your old board was and what the number the new board is.
