ECG not working after backglass replacement on apple watch s7

Hey did someone replaced their round backglass of their apple watch and knows how to make the ECG work again? All sensors work fine, the crown works just fine, but the ecg doesn't work - doesn't recognize the finger

Update (08/07/24)

thanks, so might the solution be to glue the sensor on the backglass? (haven't done that yet, I just put the Backcover on to see if the sensors work) there is a white circle with 2 connection points, these than should be attached probably with the backglass?

@johrep - You do need to clean the two electrically conductive surfaces the white ring and the mating surface of the cover. As far as glueing Apple doesn’t offer guidance on how these parts connect. I think there’s a part that spans the gap

EKG uses to points to measure your body current. The backplate and the crown are the two points. So it sounds like the connection from the backplate is missing.
