Cellular Issue - unable to access cellular data

Water damaged, dried out by opening the back and front keeping in rice for 12 hours. Phone came back on. Old screen no display so put a new screen and the replacement works. Two Problems Cellular Issue (no bars no net) and Phone keeps restarting.

Hi,

It looks like water has affected the motherboard. iPhone 14 has a dual motherboard; the top board is for UI, and the bottom is for communications (network/cellular). Water ingress can affect the connecting layer and cause corrosion between the pins. This could be the reason why the iPhone is restarting and does not have cellular (baseband)

This is going to be a chip-level repair, and only a trained professional can perform such complex repairs. The boards will have to be separated, serviced, corroded parts replaced, and the boards reballed and refixed.
