USB ports are dead

Hi guys. I have a RaspberryPi 4B 4GB (newer version) that had 9V instead of 5V put through the USB-C power input according to owner.

Surprisingly it boots and works, but ethernet and USB ports are dead. I replaced the BCM54213PE and VL805 chips I took from a donor board - ethernet works fine now, but no luck with USB.

I also replaced the crystals next to both of those chips - didn't help either.

Any ideas what else I should check?

Fixed it in the end :) So in total I replaced both chips and also quartz crystals next to them on both sides, then also replaced a diode next to the Ethernet port and USB 3 and two chips that look like filters between the BCM54213PE and PoE.

None of that actually did the trick in full, so then I reflowed VL805 IC and voila - "we have picture" (c) Sorin :D

Did you post your question in the Raspberry Forum area?

I would check the power side of the USB sockets is power getting through? Does a powered USB hub allow the USB device to work?
