Nintendo switch not showing signs of life

i bought it for parts or not working , the dock flashes when i dock it , i lit it charge for 24 hours but nothing , i opened it and checked a few things :

the battery is good and is connected to main board(i checked with a multimeter)

there are no short-circuits around the IC

the usb-c has no problems connecting to the motherboard

the water damage indicator is not pink or red but white for some reason

is there a chance for short-circuits some where else ?

Hi!

You probably need to replace the charge IC. Please check this one first.

Please check those IC’s:

Texas Instruments BQ24193
Maxim Integrated MAX77621AEWI+T
Maxim Integrated MAX17050

i think there are like three unsoldered pins in the BQ24193 ,should i solder them again or replace the IC ?

First try to solder those pins (be sure to use flux). If that failed, then try to replace it and see if that works :)!

i forgot to tell that i have another switch , i used its battery to test the broken switch but every thing is the same , are you sure it is the BQ24193 ?

Best thing is to test first! You can also check the other IC's. I know that the BQ24193 does fail sometimes.

even if it failed the switch should would stop charging but nothing else right ?

also can you tell me how to "check" the other IC's ?
