iPhone 15 pro max restarting after screen repair

I've fixed many phones over the past few years but have had a similar issue with a recent iphone 15 Pro Max.

I recently replaced a screen on an iphone 15 pro max, and the customer is now telling me that when the phone gets warm, it restarts.

Any help would be appreciated.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi Dan,

To diagnose the problem correctly, you will need to check the panic logs for fault codes. Go to Settings - Privacy & Security - Analytics & Improvements - Analytics Data and search for the latest panic-full list.

It could be the faulty screen, or you might have damaged the proximity flex while swapping it from the old screen to the old one.
