You don't give us much information to go on. Does any error message appear on the screen?
Does the computer power up? Can you get into the BIOS? Usually F1, F2 or Del key held down after turning power on. Does the drive appear in the BIOS? Look through the menus.
Can you here the hard drive spinning?
