I have a Moto G Play XT2771DL, I think. Somehow the sim tray has become practically cemented shut. Using that tool does nothing except bend it. Also, I believe the sd card may have become loose as it is no longer registering, even after rebooting. I do not want to sacrifice the phone in order to get the sd card recognized and/or removed. What should I do?

No I'm not having a Sims trade problem that I'm aware of I'm having an AI voice that has been deleted from my phone and it won't enable through the phone I have to do it through the manufacturer through my phone but I'm having a hard time
