Says that windows failed to start, freezes when loading drivers.

Says that windows failed to start, freezes when loading drivers. Also says clock isnt set right and anything i try plugging in fails to load. Ive updated bios to ?29? Still same thing. Diagnostics says hdd is bad but i have a ssd in there that im told should work

Sounds like the CMOS battery is dead.
