Nintendo switch charges but not video output anymore

I own 4 switches, 1 oled and 3 regular. 1 out 4 of switches does not work on the dock anymore, it use too.

The switch that doesn't connect anymore is stuck at TV resolution 480p can't select 1080p the switch that doesn't dock anymore can still charge which doesn't make any sense.

So I know it's not the dock or hdmi

You might want to check the Rohm USB-C controller and the Pericom Semiconductor USB 3.0 matrix switch.
