device turns off autonomously

My techno pouvoir 3 air keeping turning off even after being charge. It does this when i try to carry out actions like call, hotspot and it must remain charged to stay alive which still isn't helping at this point.

Options

There might be a loose connection, or just a singular pin that is used for these functions. Try opening the phone, and then unplugging and replugging everything.
