FixHub no longer turns on after 2 days - please help

When I first got the unit, it would not fully power off ever. If you long pressed the button, it would shut off, then immediately turn back on. I let it fully die, and now it won't turn on at all, no matter how long I have it plugged in, to different power sources, different cables, and with higher output charges. I'm looking at the motherboard and there is a red LED indicator that is on near a "D6" on the board and another comes on near a "D4" on the board.

Please advise - there is something definitely wrong with the portable power station

Update (11/15/24)

When plugging it into the computer, it shows the unit is in DFU mode, and says the firmware is on an unofficial build. Trying to restore it to a previous version

That's surprising, we use a debug firmware version at the factory to thoroughly test the unit before shipping. It's possible this unit missed the "reload the official firmware" step afterward. There are loads of other possibilities, but it was the first that came to my mind.

Good idea plugging it in and changing the firmware with the website. Choosing any one of the official builds ought to bring it to a workable state. Please let us know if it does not.

I have a very similar issue. Mine only has the D4 light blinking on the back of the board, device doesn't turn on, and can't be recognized by usb or through the web app. I took a reading with my multi meter of the battery and it was at 5.68~ VDC which looking into the structure of the battery doesn't seem like it should be possible but I'm getting a little out of my depths there. I have returned and exchanged for a new device three times already hoping that the next one would just work but this time I at least got this far. none of the devices have ever turned on for me, charged, or shown any indication of charging.
