Some how someone try to bypass my iphone I don't know how the person did it but later I tried putting in my Icould but I found out the details are wrong. I want a way I can erase /flash the iphone so that I can use it again like a brand new one.

If it’s iCloud lock, you can’t get around it.
You can DFU it to erase everything on the phone, but you’ll still be asked to log in the original owner’s Apple ID to unlock it.
