HELP ME FIX THIS! Last system update changed everything!
Please help!!!!
I've got a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra phone, every system update I've had in past, no issue with changing my things...this last one where it updated the home UI 6.1 Version or something, after it restarted the phone my whole entire home screen was all gone and different!!!
I had many apps, places in folders and in certain spots. Thankfully I don't think it deleted all those apps, so I know worse comes to worse I guess I could just try to manually fix everything, but it completely took ALL my icons of my home screen, changed my home screen layout and settings, check out all the folders with the icons and worst of all is what I CANNOT get back is the icons that were web pages that I "added to home screen"
There were quite a bit of those I've added over time, and majority of them SUPER important.
I first of all don't know why it did this at all it makes me Soo mad! I didn't know if there was a way to fix it? I doubt it kinda since I've already tried going under settings, and backup/restore and trying to restore home screen, but when I do that absolutely nothing changes. I've even contacted the help support chat with Samsung. They said there was nothing that could be done.
Like I said, the worst part of it all is what I cannot recover from my app drawer, is the web pages icons that were on my home screen, so if anything if there is a way to possibly get those back at least I'd be okay! Or even look at a list or lookup somehow all the websites added to home screen??
Something, anything?! Please!
Is this a good question?
