Is this cable repairable?

I snapped this cable when reconnecting the right fan to a new logic board on this 2019 MBP. Is it repairable or will I need a new fan? I’m also guessing this is the power cable, not the sensor so it wouldn’t be wise to carry on without it?

In a matter of speaking, by replacing the keyboard backlight assembly.

Ah really? I assumed it was for the fan? If it’s just the keyboard backlight I can probably do without it
