14 Pro display won’t separate from frame

Hello,

I recently purchased a replacement battery for my 14 pro. I'm using the provided suction cup and a hairdryer. After removing the 2 screws, I tried heating the bottom edges multiple times, providing constant pressure, slightly pulling up and down, and also heating while pulling on the display. However I could not get the display to budge enough to get the pick inside. Anyone have this problem, and any tips for the next time try?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi, what i allways do is put some 90% alcohol on the side of the screen to loosen the frame adhesive. Then heat the frame/screen at about 100 degrees celcius and i use a verry thin metal scheed (for example feeler gauges to adjust the contact point of my car engine) i hope you know what i mean, because a rasorblade is a little bit to thick. And put this thin metal sheet between the screen and housing and when there is a small gap i put a drop of alcohol to weaken the adhesive. Sorry for my poor english.
