Which model of mouse do you have; there are several that fall under the "B" series and it is important to know the correct one.

The switches inside that make up the mouse click function can get gummed up or fail. Since I don't know which mouse you have, all I can do is give you an example of the kind of thing you might have to do to either clean the switch or replace it. Here's a video for the B100 mouse showing how to open it up and lubricate the button switches with some WD-40.

That could be all that's wrong with your mouse, or it could be a failing switch or even a damaged finger mechanism. No way to tell without opening it up and taking a look. Replacing a switch would require some soldering if you feel comfortable doing that, but again we'd need to know your model number before we can make concrete suggestions.
