Washer missing end of cycle command.

My Washer Model WTW7500GW0 runs through a wash cycle but does not get the End Of Wash Cycle command needed to turn off power and release the Lid. It sits at 01 for a couple minutes and then to returns to a random time between 09 and 16 and continues the spin cycle. I need to remove power to interrupt the loop and get the lid to unlock. Is there anyone that has a fix for this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi @robertleehutton

Here's the tech sheet for the washer.

Go to p.3 to view the procedure to enter the service test mode and check what error code (if any) is shown when performing the tests.

The error codes, their meaning and possible causes are shown on p.8 → p.10.

If you find the problem and it is a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.

Locate the wanted part in the list and note the manufacturer's part number that is shown with the part. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.

If you search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement, sometimes if you're lucky, you'll find videos on how to replace the part.
