Why my iPhone Bluetooth not working?

I switch-on the bluetooth device under general settings and the problem still the same. buetooth not working.

Does the BlueTooth icon appear at the top of your screen in the status bar? What happens exactly when you try to turn on your BT?

The BT icon appear at the top of my screen in the status bar not active, even the BT is ON. I think this iPhone no BT device.

More than likely you have a hardware issue. I suggest restoring your iPhone using iTunes to eliminate any possible software problems.

Also- make sure you restore and start clean. If you restore from a backup, it's going to dump the exact same potential problems back into the phone.
