ASUS X42J Repair

The ASUS X42J is a laptop created around 2010 for general purpose use for an average price. As a gaming laptop, it can perform fairly well for the games of its time, but it does struggle with some of the higher end games. It also has a palm proof trackpad that can tell when you are actually trying to move the cursor instead of just accidentally hitting it.

This laptop can be identified by its sunken hinge design in the opening, the palm proof trackpad that it has, and the model number on the bottom side stickers.
