Background
Released in October 2014, the Basis Peak is an all-encompassing fitness and sleep tracker. The Peak tracks heart rate, perspiration, skin temperature, steps, and calories. The watch can help users develop healthy eating, exercise, and sleep habits to improve their quality of life and keep their body in top-working condition. Due to causing burns and rashes on users, the device was recalled in December of 2016. The company highly recommends that you contact them to receive a full refund for your purchase. Identification
The device can be identified by its white band and white "BASIS" logo under the screen. The Basis Health Tracker has a much darker color scheme and does not have the "BASIS" logo underneath the screen.
