Background

The LG VX6100 is a flip style cell phone that can be identified by its chrome/blue color and an external antenna. Unlike its predecessor, the LG VX6000, this phone has a lens cover, flash capability, and analog roaming.

Identification

The phone model can be confirmed by removing the back case and the battery. Behind the battery is an LG sticker containing the model number, FCC ID, S/N, and some more information regarding the phone. If the model number is VX6100, it is the LG VX6100 phone.
