Background
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra was released in February 2025 alongside the S25, S25 Ultra, and S25 Edge. The S25 Ultra is similar to the other S25 phones, but it has a larger screen, larger battery, and comes with an integrated stylus called the S-Pen. The S25 Ultra improves on the S24 Ultra with a new Snapdragon processor.
The S25 Ultra's base MSRP is $1300.
Identification
The Galaxy S25 Ultra looks nearly identical to the Galaxy S24 Ultra apart from the color around the rear camera lenses, which is now black on all models instead of color-matched to the rear glass. The S25 Ultra has a 6.9" screen, measured diagonally, compared to the S25's 6.2" screen.
The S25 Ultra is available in seven titanium colors: Black, Jet Black, Gray, White Silver, Silver Blue, Jade Green, and Pink Gold.
You can find your phone's model number by going to Settings -> About. The S25 Ultra has a model number beginning with SM-S938, followed by different modifiers based on region and configuration.
