PlayStation Portal Joystick (Right) Replacement

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two 2.9 mm‑long screws securing the joystick module to the Portal.

These screws can be tight. Brace the Portal with your hand and apply strong pressure to the screwdriver.

You can also try using a JIS #00 screwdriver to get a better grip on these screws.
