Make sure to perform this operation in the event of a power failure.

Pull out the internal motor and connected circuit boards by hand directly from the shell.

Remove the complete motor and circuit board.

NOTE: I can't separate the motor from the circuit board it's attached to directly or with the tools available, its attached using soldering techniques.
