Its not very easy to replace the just the digitizer and it also takes a lot of time. I would replace the whole screen assembly. That way you can be sure it will work. By replacing only the digitizer you can not be sure if there is no other damages on the inside. Considering the time it would take to find out if there is any other damages and the prize of the digitizer, i personaly would just go with replacing the whole screen assembly.

The easiest and fastes way to fix it, is just to install windows again. It will format the storage medium during the installation or ask you to.

Well if only the front panel digitzer is broken you should get apple logo or any image when you turn it on or charge it. If you get no image on the LCD what so ever i would try to charge it while using a USB voltage meter. You can find it here: USB Mini Voltmeter . You should get more the 1A while charging and that means its charging fine. If its charging fine but you dont get anything on the screen i would assume the LCD is broken as well.

I Finally managed to fix this! I took the logic board out and put it in a heating oven for 1 hour on 175 degrees celsius. After the board cooled of and i managed to put it back together everything works. :D

If i understand you correctly the PS4 itself turns on but not the fan? If power supply is damaged you wouldn't get any lights or sounds at all. Unfortunately it's a common problem on the PS4 pro that the fan stops working. Usually replacing the fan will make it work again.

Did you check that the motherboard connector is clean and not damaged in any way? If everything looks fine it could me the audio IC, but usually if something is wrong with it you don’t get any sound at all. Apple probably would have covered it but if you have opened your phone and done this yourself they will see that and probably refuse to do anything about it.
