The first step would be to check and ensure that your Ethernet cables are properly connected to the OnHub device and your cable modem. If you are still having trouble after the cables have been properly connected, the next step will be to restart your modem. Refer to our troubleshooting page on how to properly restart your modem.
In order to access the features and settings on your OnHub device, you must first download the app to your mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. Once the app is downloaded it acts as an interface to the device. The app can be downloaded at Google On App or Google: OnHub.
