Device Will Not Turn On

When the center gem (the power button) is pressed, the device does not indicate any sounds or lights.

Damaged Battery Pack/ Damaged Springs

If the device is not turning on, the battery pack may be damaged. You should replace the springs on the battery pack if this is the case. In order to replace damage springs you may need to rewire them into the battery pack of the device.

There Is No Volume When The Hand Is Turned On

When the device is turned on, there is no volume despite the volume being turned up all of the way.

Dead Batteries

You may need to replace the batteries of the device.

Damaged Speaker

You may need to replace or repair the speaker inside of the device. To replace or repair a damaged speaker you must access the damaged speaker. The speaker can be accessed above the battery pack on the forearm. Once located, one must detach the wires from the old speaker in order to replace it with a new one. Once a new speaker is put into the device it must be rewired to the circuit board.

Lights Do Not Turn On When The Device Is Turned On

When the device is turned on the components of the hand that do light up, fail to do so.

All Gems Are Not Attached To The Hand

If all of the gems are not attached to the hand, the hand may fail to light up. It is important that all of the gems are in their correct spot on both the hand and the fingers of the hand in order for the device to adequately light up

Dead Batteries

You may need to replace the batteries of the device.

LED Lights Are Damaged And Need To Be Replaced

If the LED lights are damaged, then the LED lights must be replaced. In order to replace the LEDs one must first locate the LEDs. The lights are located above the circuit board towards the top of the hand. One must detach all wires from both the circuit board and back of gems and then replace the LED lights with new ones, and re attach the wires to the circuit board and the gems.

Malfunctions During The "Snap"

When the "snap" using the fingers is attempted, the lights and sound fail to work.
