The laser does not produce light

You press the Laser Trigger but the laser doesn't emit any light? We have plenty of tips and fixes for that problem.

The batteries are dead

There is a good chance that you just need to replace the batteries. To do this, unscrew and remove the screw holding the battery cover located on the bottom of the handle. Remove cover and ensure that they are inserted correctly. Then reinstall the battery cover. Check out our Battery replacement guide for more help.

The wire is severed

There is a chance that the wire connections have come apart. Reference our Wire replacement guide to see how to fix it.

The LED has failed

There is a chance that the LED has gone bad. Reference our LED replacement guide to see how to fix it.

Dirt and gunk is jammed under the laser trigger

Reference our Laser Trigger Replacement guide, but rather than replacing the trigger, use soap and water along with a cleaning cloth to clean out the dirt that is stuck under the trigger. In addition, clean the actual trigger for even better performance.

The triggers are either stuck or loose

Are either of the triggers stuck or broken? Don't worry they are easy enough to fix or replace.

Dirt and gunk is jammed under the firing trigger

Reference our Firing Trigger replacement guide, but instead of replacing the trigger, use soap and water along with a cleaning cloth to scrub out the dirt that is stuck under the trigger. Also, clean the actual trigger for even better results.

The firing trigger is cracked

If the firing trigger has cracked or broken off, reference our Laser Trigger replacement guide.

The blaster doesn't cock

You can't seem to load your gun? Here are some possible issues and how to fix them.

The plunger or O-ring is cracked

If the plunger or O-ring is cracked or broken, refer to our Plunger and O-Ring replacement guide.

The bullets fire weakly or slowly

The darts don't fly very far? Here are some typical causes and solutions.

The barrel is dirty

The lack of power in the gun may be due to a dirty barrel. Solve this problem by using a q-tip or cotton swab to scrub the inside of the barrel. This will work better if you use water.

the issue was that the backside of the blaster(the screw holding the housing near the entry of the plunger) didnt have a good socket to fit in

i fixed this and the blaster seems to be working fine

Hi, I have a problem that when I shoot with nerf laser ops, I always hit. When the weapon is hidden and the opponent too, so that the laser receiver is not visible, it will light up the indicator that I hit him.
