Phone does not turn on
The phone has been on the charger, but will not turn on.
Insufficient charging time
In order to obtain a full charge, the phone should be placed on the charger for at least 7 hours.
Broken charger
Clean the charging ports to ensure there is no debris. Inspect the charger for damage, and plug the charger in. If this does not help, the charger may need to be replaced.
Faulty battery
If the battery is old or faulty, it will not be able to hold charge. The battery will need to be replaced. For instructions on how to do this check out the replacement guide.
Bad reception
The phone loses signal to charging base unit.
General Reset
Bad reception can be fixed with a simple reset by unplugging the phone from the wall and plugging it back into the wall.
Bad connection with main base
Try to Re-Register Handset by placing on main base.
Out of range
Move closer to charging base unit when using phone.
Obstructed antenna
Make sure charging base unit is placed in an open space, away from walls and large metal objects. Placing the charging base unit in a higher place may yield better signal results.
Phone falling apart
Phone front face is falling apart, causing phone to become difficult to use safely.
Scratched front face
If your phone has been used extensively or damaged in the front face, you may wish to replace it. Please refer to our guide to replace the front face of the phone.
Sound issues while using phone
No sound, soft sound or distorted sound while using phone.
Loose Phone Line
Check to see if phone line is pushed in all the way at base and or/wall.
Obstructed speaker
Check to see if the speaker is blocked by debris. Wiping the speaker with a damp cloth may improve sound quality.
Phone is low on battery
Low battery could cause sound issues. Place the phone on the charger to ensure a full charge or refer to our battery replacement guide to replace the battery.
Bad speaker
A bad speaker can cause issues with the sound while using the phone. For directions on how to replace the either of the speakers, please refer to our replacement guides for front ear speaker or back speaker.
Screen is blank
The display on the phone is blank or not clear.
Phone is low on battery
Low battery could cause the screen to not operate correctly. Place the phone on the charger to ensure a full charge.
People cannot hear me
Call recipients cannot hear or understand caller.
Phone is low on battery
Low battery could cause the microphone to not operate correctly. Place the phone on the charger to ensure a full charge or replace the battery using this replacement guide.
Obstructed microphone
Check to see if microphone is blocked by debris, wiping the microphone with a damp cloth may increase volume.
Phone buttons are not working correctly
Some buttons are not as responsive as others.
Obstructed buttons
Check to see if buttons have debris. Using a damp cloth or an air can to clean around the buttons may improve button responsiveness.
Phone is low on battery
Low battery could cause the buttons to not operate correctly. Place the phone on the charger to ensure a full charge or replace the battery using this replacement guide.
Broken buttons
After extensive use, some of the buttons could become broken and will need to be replaced. Refer to our replacement guide to replace the buttons.

Voice Mail stopped working.
Says I have 2 messages, but when I dial in, it just keeps ringing.
When I called in from another phone, it never went to voice mail. In fact, it rang only 3 times at the main number then stopped, but kept on ringing on the phone from which I was dailing.
