Since there’s no logic board replacement guide available at this stage, the closer to it you can get is the Mac teardown and other parts replacements guides. Take your time to go through teardown and other guides to familiarize with individual parts and the way they connect to the logic board. Disconnect battery first and reconnect last, get yourself a good light source and double close check how connectors keep flex cables in place before pulling or lifting anything. A magnifier might come in handy as well as a magnetic mat or equivalent to keep track of screws and their position.
