All of the buttons in FitBit Versa 2 are unresponsive. Does anyone have face similar issue and any workaround/fix suggested to repair this issue. Pls help in solving it. Thanks.

I have had the same problem and I fixed it by going into

Settings > about > shutdown > yes

After the shutdown wait ten seconds and power back on by holding the side button until the logo shows up

That is what I have found. Steps inaccurate- measures steps when driving as well as when moving paperwork on the desk. Can’t change it either. Now back button won’t work so can’t restart or try to fix. When screen does light up it is still on the screen it last had and can’t get out of it. Can this be fixed or does it need tossing out?
