Obviously, if no networks are displayed on the TV, but are displayed and/or are active on a phone or laptop, then the issue is with the TV. Make sure you are looking for the same band, 2.4G or 5G.
If the TV has a WiFi switch or config setting, make sure it is on.
Other than that, if it was previously working, there is a hardware issue with the TV.

Hi,
What is the model number of the TV?
Can you see the TV WiFi at all by looking at the WiFi available networks list in your mobile phone when you activate WiFi in the phone (and also the TV of course)?
