Xbox Fridge - Identifying burnt out components and how to fix

Got a bunch of these Xbox Mini Fridges I'm trying to repair. All of them have similar damage to this board. To my mostly-untrained eye it looks like it's gotten hot and cooked itself. On the back of this particular board it looks like a few of these little black chips on the back have been burnt out. A quick google says they're surface mount resistors?

I've tried looking online for where I can get replacements, but there were a million different options and I have no idea what I'm looking for. If anyone has any advice regarding testing and sourcing these parts that would be fantastic. Cheers
