I tried *#9900# on my Huawei Mate 9 but got nothing. That works on my Samsung.
Maybe it will work on your Huawei

Ackson, can you clarify what you mean by "dump state"? Is this some sort of debug output that's been generated? Otherwise I'm at a loss to understand the term you're using. If you can give us a little more information perhaps we can help, but as it is, I don't know if anyone knows what you're referring to.
