MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 SSD Compatability

I have upgraded the SSD in my MB Pro 15" 2015 Retina A1398 from the 256 GB Apple to a Samsung EVO 970 Plus (Running Perfectly) but now I have a 'Spare' Apple SSD on hand which I would like to use if possible on another unit. Can anyone tell me for sure which models if any that it can be used in? It is the same one as in this guide MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 SSD Replacement

Or is this SSD only compatible to use in 13" & 15" Retinas?

@danj Yes, I have seen this post but just asking if anyone knows on what models this SSD can work with as there is no chart in there that I see that shows comparability between models. It said somewhere the Gen. 5 which is what I appear to have can work with models from 2013... confused.
