What is the modfel number of the phone?

Have you tried another, known working, same network, compatible SIM card in the phone to see if it works OK?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

Really! What is the first thing you should suspect?

  1. Your service has been terminated.

"Emergency calls only" would indicate that the phone is working and it can see a cell signal.

If I remove my SIM card, I get the same indication, but I have plenty of signal showing.

So, maybe you have a bad SIM card, or your eSIM has been corrupted.

Call your provider.
