bose sound touch 30 power not on
I have tried replacing the power cord and remote battery, but somehow it's not getting on or no power seems to be coming

@souravmajumder time to open it up and to check the power supply. use this guide BOSE SoundTouch 30 Power Supply Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide to get to it. Check all the ribbon cables as well as the power supply itself. Look for anything abnormal, like burned, charred or even missing components, check the fuses for continuity. You will also need a multimeter to check for power on that board. Take some well-focused pictures of your power supply, then attach those to your Question. That way we can see what you see. Hello. I am plugged in and have nothing showing on screen. Remote nor top buttons do anything. I am almost positive I have power going to the other motherboard, the one without the metal casing on it, because my stepson for whatever reason plugged up and got shocked touching it. š. Unbelievable smh.
So Iām not sure where to go from here?
