Lefant M210 Stops at 35 Minutes

Why is Lefant M210 stopping running when my App shows that 75% battery life is available?

This vac is 15 months. It's only been used about every two weeks for about an hour. Most of the time it never runs down.

I do not have pets and its an very new home.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi @janccunningham

I realize that the battery is relatively new and hardly used, but unfortunately, sometimes batteries can begin to fail prematurely

It could be that the battery is faulty and cannot sustain its charge.

For example there may be a faulty cell/cell connection in the battery so that even though after charging it shows 100% this may not be entirely correct, i.e. the 14.8V battery voltage value may be correct but its Ampere Hour charge value of 2.5AH (2500mAH) may not be correct and therefore it won't supply power (i.e. necessary current at the specified voltage) for the intended length of time.

The only real way to know if it is a faulty battery, without opening it up, is to load test it by connecting it to a suitable dummy load and check the rate at which the current discharges from the battery and for how long.

Alternative is to replace the battery and check if that resolves the problem. (examples only).

Here's the ifixit Lefant M210 Battery Replacement guide that will help.
