Background

The Canon Powershot G7X is a 20.2-megapixel camera considered to be a compact enthusiast camera. Canon released it in October of 2014, and it was outfitted with a 1.0” high sensitivity cmos Sensor and a DIGIC 6 image processor found in more powerful Canon cameras.

The camera has a 4.2X zoom lens along with its cmos sensor, allowing for brighter wide-angle photos. The features, such as the pop-up flash and 180-degree tilt hinge, allow for more control when taking pictures. It also includes Intelligent IS, a feature that allows for more stable shots in low light situations: a feature not present in the G7X mark II model"
