Carefully insert the flat end of a nylon spudger under the battery, and pry the battery up and away from the tablet casing.

A small amount of heat may be required to safely remove the battery from the adhesive underneath. Use an iOpener or heat gun to soften the adhesive.

Do not bend or puncture the battery.
