I am a member of iFixit's Customer Support team, currently handling Purchase Order processing and providing support to Pro/Wholesale customers. I serve the great people of the internet and our lovely Central Coast locals.
Before iFixit, I served in the U.S. Army National Guard and Army Reserves for 9 years (11B and 31B), serving with the 341st MP Company 63rd RD out of California, and deployed twice to Iraq with the 1-180th Infantry (now Cavalry), 45th IBCT out of Oklahoma (OIF 07-08, OND 11-12).
In the civilian world, I’ve worked many different jobs. I was a sales associate at RadioShack for a few years, I’ve done residential solar installation for SolarCity (now Tesla), worked as an armed security guard for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, and many other cool things.
Currently, I’m obsessed with saltwater fishing, either on the surf or out on the rocks along the Central Coast. You’ll find me belly-deep in the surf on most weekends.
