Hi Toni, If you would like to recover your IMEI number, simply dial *#06# on your phone and your number should appear immediately on your device's screen. In addition, some phones will have the IMEI number on the back of the phone if you cannot open and remove the battery (note: you might have to look very carefully because the text can be difficult to see). You can also try finding your number by navigating to your phone's Settings > About Device > Status.
