If this is a headphone problem, you may have dust in your headphone jack or the head phone jack may need to be replaced. If the device is not on mute and the volume is turned up yet the sound is still not working properly, you may have to replace the speaker.

This problem may be a result of dust in your charger, a dead battery, or your charger may be broken. Use a brush to remove dust from the charge port. Test for a dead battery by charging your device in a working outlet for at least fifteen minutes. The charger may be broken if the device is not showing any signs of receiving a charge.

If your tablet won't turn on this could be the result of having low charge. Plug your Munchkinz tablet in and let it charge for at least fifteen minutes. If your device does not turn on, you may need to replace the battery. If replacing the battery does not fix the device it is possible the motherboard needs to be replaced or the display screen may be broken
